FFG is proud to announce it has been selected as part of WORKFORCE AUSTRALIA (NESM)
"We are excited to be awarded Panel and sub panel member for Perth-South as part of Workforce Australia (NESM). Our strong performance-oriented culture, direct approach and community connection is what has ensured our growth" said Vida Reid, Founding Director FFG.
FFG Employment Services has been operating in the NDIS sector delivering high quality results and now we will have an opportunity to execute this in the Employment Services Sector as a provider of the new Workforce Australia support programs for job seekers.
Workforce Australia, which starts on July 1, is an update to programs including jobactive - which currently helps unemployed people prepare for work, search for and gain employment across the country.
FFG Employment Services has been a leading provider of Employment Assistance and job creation in Western Australia and will continue to assist job seekers through the new Workforce Australia. Support provided by FFG across the programs will vary depending on each individual’s circumstances and eligibility. Most programs include assistance with identifying types of work a job seeker would be suitable for, help with resumes, job applications and performing in job interviews.
Delivered across designated employment regions, the programs also enable job seekers to get advice on local labour markets and insights on potentially suitable employers. FFG currently delivers employment Assistance within the NDIS sector across Western Australia. The new Workforce Australia programs will see FFG help job seekers in Perth-South region.
FFG Founding Director, Vida Reid welcomed the announcement and stated “FFG looks forward to our continuing partnership with the Department of Education, Skills and Employment to support positive employment outcomes for job seekers Western Australia. The contract award creates the platform from which to positively impact the lives of more people each year across our business.“
We are well placed to transition to the new program given our proven reach, skilled people and experience delivering successful employment outcomes and programs currently within the NDIS sector.
We would like to thank our 56 committed team members whose dedication, direct approach, hard work and strong performance supporting our participants enabled our continuous rapid growth which has enabled these contract awards.
FFG Employment Services is one of Western Australia’s newest Workforce Australia member. FFG will assist in addressing the gaps and placing job seekers back into work under Employment Services programs, helping job seekers with an injury, illness or disability to overcome barriers to employment and find sustainable work.
